IS YOU SKIN GLOWING FROM THE FOODS YOU EAT??

Updated: Sep 14, 2020

Your skin is the last place to get internal nutrients, so if it is glowing then you know you are doing something right with what you are eating.

The body uses all the nutrients you put inside to keep it running. It helps your energy levels, your mind, your immunity and your skin is generally the last place those nutrients head to, so if it is glowing, then you know your gut health is generally doing well. This also goes for your hair and nails as well.

Skin foods such as blueberries, walnuts, avocados, sweet potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes and fatty fish - such as salmon are all foods that can help your skin glow, but if your body is taking in processed foods or foods high in refined sugars then those foods will be cancelled out. Your body also needs to be eating foods that will be absorbed correctly so its important to know the synergy of what foods help one another. Vitamin C will work with Vitamin E - which is helpful as most dark leafy greens have both in them. This is also the same with topical skin care creams.

So you can look at your skin and almost read it. What you put into your body will show on your skin health - your write the story to your skin - you are the author.
