It's important to disclose any relevant medical history, as this information helps ensure safe and effective treatment by identifying any contraindications. To ensure the safety and appropriateness of this treatment, we require that you have a letter from your specialist confirming its suitability at this time.

The facial process involves an initial consultation before the treatment, and before each subsequent facial, there is a follow-up consultation to assess any changes in your medications or treatments since our last meeting. These consultations are included in the total time allocated for the facial, which is approximately 35 minutes.

Swedish massage aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. It's gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

(Note: there are contraindications for these treatments and are not for clients with serious Lymphedema. Massage is not advised if you have congestive heart failure, blood clots, pregnant, kidney problems, infections, or on certain medications.
